LABEL PROMOTION TOOL – 10 ARTISTS
For Labels/Managements/Agents/Promoters with up to 10 Artists and 4 Genres simultaneously.
10 independent projects can be managed in parrallel each with their own genre-selection, mail account, settings, campaigns and reportings.
All label editions have access to all registered editors / contact persons and can select these as preferred contact instead of the central editorial / contact addresses. Also own private contacts can be added and used for all communications. All entries and contacts with an email address can be as mailing lists and be contacted via mailings. The mailing system shows in real time who has read the mail when or who clicked when on what link.
It is also possible to add own private entries and contacts and use these fully integrated with the system.
All offline entries can be filtered by country, i.e. to sample European or American venues, or festivals (default is DE, AT, CH).
All mails can be multimedia-webmails with real time monitoring. This way one can see instantly which mail was sent when and to whom, read when and by whom and clicked/listened to when and by whom.
Contains all radio-stations, tv-stations, print, partys that claim a relevance and a preference for the selected music genre.
Offers all relevant playlists (Spotify, Apple Music, Youtube Music, Tidal, Deezer), independent plalylist-curators, online-blogs, social media communites and concert / festival promoters as well as all relevant labels, managements, concert agents and promotion agencies.
All communication can be marked, weighted, historically viewed and followed up.
Contacts, responses and progress is shown both as graphical overview and in detail per campaign or per contact. This way one can always keep overview about who was contacted when and how and who responded when and how.
The compound music promotion tool contains more than 11.500 contacts, daily maintained both editorially and regarding data protection law and sorted in a useful manner into media/event-directories and genre-categories.
