Own contacts and addresses
Additionally to the 11.500 editorial addresses and contacts you can add your own private adresses and contacts. These are then fully integrated in the system and available with all the systems functionality. These addresses and contacts are private so you are the only one to see them.
Filtering, rating and qulification of addresses and contacts
You can filter, prioritize, sort and qulify addresses and contacs. First of all, you can rate an address with up to 3 golden stars . This rating remains over all campaigns. This way you can rate an address for your project generally.
Additionally you can rate every address per campaign with 1 big star and also filter by it. This is useful to make a quick initial selection and concentrate on just these.
Hence you not only always keep an overview on who you did get in touch with and sent your song or message to. But also how you rate an address for your project and how it is to be classified within your project.
And particularly waht responses you had. With the thumb symbol you can register the current status: blue = interested, yellow = pending, green = succesful, red = not interested. This status is being stored and can be shown chronologically with the history button. Or you use the result from one campaign as the basis for another campaign.
