The label version of the Music Promotion Tool can create mailing lists and contacts these in the form of newsletter mailings.
Comfirming email recipients
With the label edition you can mark all contacts that have an email address. This includes all selected contacts or the address of the editorial team, booking contacts or the management. This mass-mail function is because of data protection rights reasons reserved for professional music labels. The recipients will be marked with date by the label manager and are then unlocked for mailing and newsletter functionality.
Creation of mailing lists, naming, filtering
On the “Directory Lists” page you can load unlocked recipients and store these in up to 99 Directory Lists. You have 2 options: You can either use the message that was stored with the address in the campaign. Or you can use the curently message for the list. All recipients will be shown at the bottom and can selected or deselected singularly.
Finally you can send your message to the stored recipipients on the page “Directory Mailouts“. As a result you can see the start date of the mailout, the finishing date and the overall success states of the mails. In detail as sent, opened, clicked, error, bounce.
Monitoring Mailings with Email Real Time Monitoring
The result will be automatically shown in the corresponding campaign with the Email Real Time Monitor. That way you can see who received the email, when he opened or clicked it. So it works the same as with a one to one communication via email.
Additionally you can click in the “Directory Mailouts” overview on the results and a full mailout report will open with all the details.
